Plans and billing for your clinic
What each plan includes, how limits work, and how to upgrade, downgrade, or top up.
Your clinic runs on a plan. It decides which modules you can use and sets monthly limits — how many doctors and patients you can have, and how many teleconsultation minutes, WhatsApp messages and AI credits you get each month. You manage all of it from one screen.

Every new clinic starts on a 30-day free trial with every module unlocked, no matter which plan you picked when you signed up. This is so you can try teleconsultation, the lab module, Vita AI and everything else before you decide.
Reading the Overview tab
The Overview tab is your dashboard for the month. Two cards tell you where you stand.
- Monthly Usage
- Three meters — Teleconsultation (Minutes), WhatsApp (Messages) and AI Summaries (H-Credits) — each showing “X / Y used”, any +N extra bundle credits, and how many remain. The plan quota resets on the 1st of each month; bundle credits never expire.
- Clinic Resources
- Doctors (active staff) and Patients (registered) measured against your plan's limits.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately and start a fresh 30-day period.

Open the Plans & Upgrade tab.

Find the plan you want and click Upgrade — ₹X/month.
Each card lists the full price, every limit and every feature ticked or crossed, so you can compare before you commit.

Complete the Razorpay checkout (UPI, card or net banking).

You'll see Successfully upgraded to <plan>! and the new limits apply at once.
Downgrading
Moving to a cheaper plan is scheduled, not immediate — you keep everything you've paid for until the current period ends. Nothing is charged.

On Plans & Upgrade, click Downgrade — ₹X/month (or Downgrade to Free) on the plan you want.

Read the confirmation — it tells you the exact date your current plan runs until — and click Confirm Downgrade.

An amber Downgrading to <plan> banner appears. Changed your mind? Click Cancel Downgrade any time before that date.
Add-on credits
If you run low on teleconsultation minutes, WhatsApp messages or AI H-Credits mid-month, you can top up without changing your whole plan.

Open the Add-On Credits tab.

Pick a pack under Teleconsultation Minutes, WhatsApp Messages or AI H-Credits and click Buy Now.

Pay via Razorpay. The balance is added straight away and shows as a +N extra chip on your Overview meters.
If your subscription expires
If a plan lapses, the portal is blocked by a full-screen notice. As the admin you'll see Subscription Expired — Your <plan> plan has expired. Please upgrade or contact support to continue, with a View Plans & Upgrade button. Your staff and patients simply see a message asking them to contact the clinic administrator. Renewing on the same plan (or upgrading) restores access immediately.
You'll get email reminders before that point — the system emails the admin as the trial or paid period nears its end so a lapse never takes you by surprise.
Purchase history
The Purchase History tab keeps a record of everything you've paid: a Plan Payments table (plan, whether it was an upgrade or a renewal, amount and date) and an Add-On Credit Purchases table (bundle, credits, amount and date).
