Clinic settings
Clinic details, logo and branding, consultation fees, dispensing sizes, and unit conversions.
Clinic settings is where your clinic gets its identity: the name, address and GSTIN that print on every invoice, the logo and colour on your case-sheet PDFs, your consultation fees, and your own password. A second screen — Pricing — decides what a dram of globules costs and how much stock it takes off the shelf. This page covers both.

Clinic profile
On the General tab, the Clinic Information card is described on screen as Appears on invoices, case sheets and documents — and that is exactly what it is for. Fill it in properly once and every document your clinic generates is correct forever.
- Clinic Name
- Printed at the top of invoices and case sheets, and shown on your public booking page. Changing it here changes it everywhere.
- Address
- A free-text box. Type the full address as you want it to appear on an invoice — it is reproduced as written.
- Phone
- The clinic's contact number, printed on invoices and case sheets. Not the same as a patient's or a doctor's number.
- The clinic's public email address. This is the address printed on documents, not your login email.
- GSTIN
- Your GST Identification Number. It prints in the invoice footer as
GSTIN: …. Leave it blank if you do not raise GST invoices — the line simply does not appear.
Logo
The Clinic Logo card carries the same promise as the profile card: Displayed on invoices, case sheet PDFs and documents. The on-screen hint is Recommended: Square image, PNG or JPG, max 2 MB.

Click Choose File and pick your logo.
The preview square fills in immediately and an amber line appears: New logo selected — click "Upload" to save. Nothing has been saved yet.

Click Upload.
The button only exists once a file is selected. On success you get the toast Logo updated successfully and a green Logo uploaded tick under the preview.

To take the logo off your documents, click Remove.
It takes effect at once — you do not need to click Save Settings afterwards.
Once uploaded, the logo appears on:
- Invoice PDFs — top-left of the header, above the clinic name and address. See Invoices.
- Case sheet PDFs exported from a consultation. See Running a consultation.
- Lab report PDFs handed to the patient. See Lab orders.
- Your public booking page, the one patients land on from your booking link.
Theme colour
Clinic Theme Color is the Primary color used across invoices, case sheet PDFs and other generated documents. It is not the colour of the app you are looking at — it is the colour of the paper you hand the patient.

Click one of the nine preset tiles.
Emerald (the default), Blue, Purple, Red, Amber, Cyan, Pink, Rose, Slate. The chosen tile grows and shows a tick.

Or set your own colour.
Use the Custom: colour picker, or type a six-digit hex code such as
#059669into the box next to it. - 3
Check the Preview: strip.
It shows a block of the colour and the words Document Header in it — that is how the heading of your invoice will read.

Click Save Settings.
Consultation fees
The Consultations tab holds the Teleconsultation Settings card and the doctor fee-override switch.
- Enable Teleconsultation
- Allow patients to book video call appointments. Whether teleconsultation runs at all also depends on your plan — see Teleconsultation.
- In-Person Fee (₹)
- Your clinic's default fee for a clinic visit. It is the fallback used on an invoice's consultation line when the doctor has no fee of their own.
- Teleconsultation Fee (₹)
- What you charge for a video consultation.
- Allow Doctor to Override Consultation Fee
- When enabled, doctors can adjust the consultation fee before completing a consultation. Leave it off if only the front desk should touch money.
Dispensing pricing and sizes
Pricing is a separate screen in the sidebar — Dispensing Pricing, Configure prices for dispensing formats. It answers the two questions a homoeopathic pharmacy asks a hundred times a day: what do I charge for this vial, and how much stock did it just cost me?

Proportional formats have nothing to configure: 'Price is calculated proportionally from the inventory item's selling price and current stock.'

The sizes Hello Homeo ships with. The prices are yours to change; the deduction quantities are what the platform assumes one unit consumes.

To change a price, click the pencil on that row.
Type the new figure and press Enter (or click the tick). A teal Clinic price badge replaces Default and you get the toast Clinic price saved. The change applies to your clinic only.

To undo it, click the ↺ button.
It only appears on rows you have overridden. Toast: Reverted to default price.

To add a size you use but the platform does not ship, click Add custom size.
Fill Name (e.g.
3 Dram Globules), Quantity (3), Display unit (dram), Fixed price (₹) and Deduction qty — the exact amount ofmlorgramsone of these takes off the shelf — then click Add Size. The row gets a Custom badge. - 4
To get rid of a custom size, click the bin icon on its row.
Dispensing units and conversions
Doctors prescribe in the units a homoeopath thinks in — dram, drop, globule, scruple — but your inventory counts in ml and grams. At dispensing time, Hello Homeo multiplies the prescribed quantity by a conversion factor to work out exactly how much to take off the shelf, and writes it into the stock log as, for example, Sold via invoice (2 dram → 2.5 ml).

The standard homoeopathic conversions the platform ships with. Base units (ml → ml, grams → grams, tablets, bottles, strips…) map one to one.
Your password
The Account tab carries the Change Password card. This is the only place a signed-in admin changes their own password — there is no separate reset screen.

Type your Current Password.

Type the New Password.
Four live checks appear underneath and must all turn green: 8+ chars, Uppercase, Lowercase, Number. It must also be different from your current password.

Repeat it in Confirm New Password.
You get Passwords match in green, or Passwords do not match in red. The eye icon on each box reveals what you typed.

Click Update Password.
Toast: Password changed successfully. You stay signed in.
Working as a doctor too
Also on Account: the Doctor Role card — Enable this if you also serve as a doctor at this clinic.

Switch on I also work as a doctor at this clinic.
The page reloads and a role switcher appears in the sidebar, so one login now carries both portals.

Fill Specialization, Qualification and Consultation Fee (₹), then click Save Profile.
The fee is used as the default fee when billing consultations with you as doctor. If you leave Specialization blank it is saved as
General Practice.
The remaining tabs
- Integrations
- Direct Booking Link — your public booking page; click Copy to share it or the arrow to open it. Embed Code — an iframe snippet to paste into your own website so patients book without leaving it. You may change its
height; the minimum recommended is680px. - Usage
- Plan Usage for the current month: teleconsultation minutes and WhatsApp messages, each as a bar showing used against your plan limit, plus any +N extra bundle credits. Buy Bundle Packs tops you up. See Plans and billing.
- Support
- Raise a ticket with Hello Homeo and follow its replies without leaving the portal.

I changed the theme colour but my old invoices look the same.+
PDFs are drawn from your current branding each time they are generated, so re-download an old invoice and it will pick up the new colour and logo. Anything you already printed or emailed keeps the old look.
I set an In-Person Fee but the invoice shows a different amount.+
The doctor's own Consultation Fee (₹) on their staff record wins. Change it on Staff, or clear it there so the clinic default applies. And if Allow Doctor to Override Consultation Fee is on, the doctor may have adjusted it before completing the consultation.
Where do I add a dram → bottles conversion?+
You cannot — conversions are global to the platform. Change the item's Unit of Measure to ml or grams instead, which is the right way to stock homoeopathic liquids and triturations anyway.
Can a pharmacist or doctor change these settings?+
No. Clinic Settings and Pricing are admin-only screens. If you also see patients, switch on the doctor role and use the role switcher — you keep both.

Your plan does not include the Pharmacy module. Upgrade from Subscription and both Inventory and Pricing appear.
