Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Hello Homeo follows a transparent policy for SaaS subscriptions, bundle add-ons, and patient-facing clinic services.

1. Subscription Plans

• New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as offered at signup. No payment is required during the trial.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the subscription period has been activated and access granted.

• If Hello Homeo is unable to provide platform access due to a platform-side failure for an extended period, a pro-rated refund or credit may be considered at our discretion.

• Subscriptions cancelled before the end of a billing period remain active until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation.

2. Plan Upgrades

• Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment.

• Upgrade payments are non-refundable once the new plan has been activated.

• If an upgrade payment is processed but the plan fails to activate due to a platform error, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

3. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

• Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period. The higher-tier plan remains accessible until then.

• No refund is issued for the difference in plan price when downgrading.

• Account cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after termination to allow export.

4. Bundle Credits & Add-On Packs

• Bundle add-on packs (teleconsultation minutes, WhatsApp messages, AI H-Credits) are non-refundable once purchased.

• Partially consumed bundles are non-refundable.

• Unused credits from purchased bundles expire when the subscription is terminated and will not be refunded.

• If a bundle pack purchase fails to credit due to a platform error, the amount will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.

5. Patient-Facing Clinic Services

Refund and cancellation policies for consultation fees, appointment deposits, and medicine charges are determined and enforced by each individual clinic using the Hello Homeo platform.

Hello Homeo is a technology provider and is not responsible for clinical service refunds. Patients seeking refunds for medical consultations, prescriptions, or pharmacy charges should contact the clinic directly.

General guidance clinics may follow:

• Consultation fees are typically non-refundable once a consultation is completed

• Appointment rescheduling is subject to the clinic's own availability

• Medicine charges are generally non-refundable once dispensed

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests arising from exceptional circumstances — such as proven billing errors, duplicate payments, or extended platform unavailability — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Hello Homeo team.
