Online consultations you access through a Hello Homeo-powered clinic portal are provided by the registered healthcare practitioners of that clinic — not by Hello Homeo.

Hello Homeo is the technology platform that enables the clinic to conduct virtual consultations. The clinical relationship (diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions) is exclusively between you and the clinic's qualified medical practitioners.

• Hello Homeo does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

• Clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the consulting doctor.

Online consultations are conducted through encrypted audio/video communication powered by Hello Homeo's platform. They involve medical history taking, discussion, and professional opinion based on the information you share.

The patient understands that:

• Physical examination may be limited or not possible during an online consultation

• Clinical decisions are based on history, symptoms, and any reports you provide

• The consulting doctor may recommend an in-person visit when clinically necessary

You choose to use online consultation voluntarily and understand that:

• An in-clinic consultation may be advised when required by the doctor

• Online consultation is not suitable for medical emergencies

• You have the right to discontinue the consultation at any time

You confirm that:

• All information shared during the consultation is true and complete to the best of your knowledge

• Any omission, incorrect, or misleading information may affect the medical advice given and its outcomes

• You are the patient (or a lawful guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor or dependent)

• Medical advice is individualised and not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes

• Treatment responses vary between individuals

• Online consultation does not replace emergency medical care

In the event of a medical emergency, you agree to seek immediate care at the nearest hospital or emergency service rather than waiting for an online consultation.

• Medicines are prescribed only after a completed consultation by the clinic's doctor

• For online consultations, medicines may be dispensed or dispatched after payment confirmation per the clinic's policy

• Medicines once dispensed or dispatched are generally non-returnable

• Refund and dispatch policies for medicines are governed by the individual clinic's policies

All information you share during the consultation is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with medical ethics and applicable Indian law.

You understand that digital communication carries inherent risks despite reasonable technical security measures implemented by Hello Homeo.
