Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Basic plan is free forever for small clinics: 1 doctor, up to 50 patients, admin panel and patient management included.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. All paid plans come with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required to get started.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade directly from your admin dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Upgrades are processed via Razorpay and take effect immediately, starting a new 30-day billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay, all major Indian payment methods.
Is the pricing in INR?
Yes. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST.
