Register your clinic

Setting up a clinic on Hello Homeo takes about five minutes and four screens. At the end of it you have your own clinic URL, an administrator login, and a 30-day free trial with every module unlocked.

Before you start

You only need three things. Nothing else is required to get going — you can fill in the rest later from Clinic settings.

• A name for your clinic — it appears on your public page, invoices and case sheets.
• An email address for the administrator account. This becomes your login.
• A password of at least 8 characters.

Step 1 — Clinic details

   Click Get Started on the website — or pick a plan on the pricing page, which starts the wizard with that plan already selected.

   Type your Clinic Name.

   The Clinic URL fills itself in from the name as you type.

   Check the Clinic URL, and edit it if you want something shorter.

   This is the web address your patients and staff will use: hellohomeo.in/c/your-clinic. Wait for the green tick and the word Available before moving on.

   Optionally add your clinic email, phone, address and GSTIN.

   You can leave these blank now and fill them in later under Clinic settings — but the GSTIN is worth adding if you will raise GST invoices.

   Click Continue.

Step 2 — Choose a plan

Each card shows the monthly price, what the plan includes once the trial ends, and its limits — how many doctors, patients, staff, appointments a month, teleconsultation minutes, WhatsApp messages and AI credits you get. Click the card you want and click Continue.

Step 3 — Administrator account

This is the login you will use every day, and the account that can create everyone else's.

Full Name

Shown to your staff and on the clinic's activity log.

Email

Your username. It must not already be in use at this clinic.

Password

At least 8 characters. The strength meter reads Too short → Weak → Good → Strong.

I also work as a doctor at this clinic

Tick this if you will see patients yourself. It gives you both the Admin and the Doctor portal from one login, and you can switch between them at any time. Add your Specialization when you tick it.

The three checkboxes

Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the declaration about processing patient data. All three are required.

Click Create My Clinic.

Step 4 — Activate

Your clinic exists at this point. What this step does depends on the plan you chose.

Your first login

The wizard does not sign you in. Click Login to Dashboard (or go to the login page) and sign in with the administrator email and password you just chose.
