Register as a delegate on the conclave's website. After the conclave, the organisers share the delegate list with us.

Once we have the list, around mid-October, we email every delegate a voucher code at the email they registered with. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam and Promotions folders.

Use the link in the email, or sign up before your code arrives: pick the Esperanza 2026 plan. No card or AutoPay is needed, and your 30-day Clinic Pro trial starts straight away. Any email address works for your clinic; the code isn't tied to one.

Which plan should I choose?
Esperanza 2026. It's free with no card or AutoPay, starts with a 30-day Clinic Pro trial, and your voucher adds 30 more days. When your free time ends your clinic moves to the free Basic plan, and you can upgrade from your dashboard whenever you like.

If your clinic is still in its 30-day free trial with no AutoPay, just log in and redeem. If the trial has ended or you're on a paid plan, call or email us with your Esperanza registration details and we'll sort it out.
Haven't got your code?
We send codes around mid-October, once the organisers share the delegate list. If yours hasn't arrived by the end of October, check your spam and Promotions folders, then call or email us with your Esperanza registration details.
Can I sign up with a different email?
Yes. The code works for whichever clinic redeems it, so use any email address for your clinic.
What if I redeem after my trial ends?
Vouchers only work during the 30-day trial, so redeem as soon as your code arrives. After day 60, or day 30 without a code, your clinic is on the free Basic plan and you can upgrade any time.
Can I redeem more than one code?
No. It's one code per clinic, and each code works once.
